- Kitchen:
- Separate kitchen with oven/hob and extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all essential utensils.
- Utility Room:
- Washing machine, ironing board and clothes airier.
- Living Rooms:
- The lounge dining room is stylishly furnished with leather sofas, coffee table, Sky satellite TV/DVD and CD player. Also 6 seater dining table and chairs.
- Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, wash basin, wc and bidet.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 with shared bathroom c/w shower, wash basin and wc.
- Downstairs wc with wash basin.
- Other:
- Large roof terrace with outstanding views to watch the sunset over the mountains.
- Cleaning/towels / linen/maid service:
- Bedding and bed spreads are supplied, also bath and hand towels. The property is cleaned prior to arrival, the bed linen and towels are changed on a
- weekly basis.
Interior
The villa is a two storey, 3 bedroomed villa with 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet, which has been tastefully decorated to offer an exceptional standard of holiday accommodation.
It has a spacious living room with leather suite, a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and a dining area with patio doors leading to a poolside terrace and lawned area. There is a separate kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven and ceramic hob.
The villa has three bedrooms, two of which are fitted with double wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with the further two bedrooms with twin beds, which both share a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.
For added security and your peace of mind a key safe is provided.
Exterior
Patio doors from the living room lead out to a poolside terrace, with patio dining furniture and a barbecue is provided for al fresco dining in the superb Fuerteventura climate.
The terrace has sun beds overlooking the5x3 metre private heated swimming pool, with integral steps also c/w a poolside shower.
The villa has a large roof terrace with sun beds which provides a location for totally private sunbathing.
The panoramic views from the upstairs and downstairs terraces are truly amazing, they stretch over to the beautiful Parque Natural, with stunning Sea views and with probably the best views on the Island of Fuerteventura . The rear of the Villa is south facing for all day sunshine.
